So it has been one week and it has sort of flown by. I can't believe its already time to update. This week has been fairly successful. Overall I lost 5 pounds. I can't complain about that. I started doing the Insanity workouts and today was the fourth day. They are the hardest things I have ever done and I can't even do them at the level they are! With that said, I would have wished to lose more this week but maybe I am building up some muscles. I hope anyway! I am going to keep pushing through. I did eat out three times this week, but I stuck to the points plan and it didn't seem to hurt me! That was really exciting because its just proof that you can still do the things you love as long as you do them correctly! Yay!

Like I said before I wanted to post goals. I sat and thought about them for a long time and realized that the only real goal I have is to be healthy. Sure I would love to lose weight but I don't really know how much by when. I guess I would like to lose another 30 pounds before school starts back this fall on August 30. I would be really satisfied with that pace. In October I am in a wedding and I would like to have lost a total of 50 pounds by then. By Christmas break I'd like to be down 60 pounds. Going back to school will be hard because my level of energy will drop from the stress. Nursing school is very difficult and sometimes people underestimate what is required. But I am going to try my hardest to stay on track and keep working out even through all of that. For the most part I just want to be a better me as cheesey as that sounds. I realized that it is necessary for me to get to healthy place and I am on my way ! :)
